I was expecting this book to have more information on becoming a data scientist. More on how to pull from SQL, and put into a language, or how to clean up a data set. Upon reading, I find that its more about buzz words for newcomers of the Computer Science field. Unless you just want a dictionary to help explain the terms simply, I would not recommend the buy.
Very intelligently written, so resonates with reader. Concise. Still challenging especially bcs all math is done in code whose functions and classes are built up throughout the book. Works quite well as reference too.
Neural networks and algorithms are described in an easy way with program examples, I'm learning python and working with neural networks, its a helpful resource for students.
