This book is a great addition to my whole 30 journey. I completed my first whole30 in 2015 and wanted to start again at the beginning of the year (2018) and this book makes it exciting and new all over again! I love the breakdown for each day with all the tips and tricks! What a wonderful idea!

If you're considering this book GET IT. I tried and failed whole30 two years ago and have been making up excuses not to try again ever since! Not because I didn't want to, but because I thought I couldn't. Only after the first few pages did I get the booty kicking I needed to stop the excuses and change my life. Don't wait like me, there are MORE than enough resources to do Whole30 and change your relationship with food. I can't wait to try again with this book. I know it will help! My only suggestion is getting a physical copy FOR SURE. I got it on my kindle and am super bummed because there are some great journaling tools in there that are awesome! Writing stuff down and marking your favorite lines always helps.

This is a perfect little sidekick whether you’re embarking on your first Whole30, or your tenth! It’s small enough to fit in my purse, but big enough to write in and reference easily. There are different tips, inspirational blurbs from fellow Whole30 Alums, and advice on what to expect each day. My first ever Whole30 was the most successful out of the three rounds that I have completed. I believe that is because I journaled everyday during the first one. I highly recommend this book.

I JUST got this and I'm actually on day 24 of what's probably my 5th Whole30 and skimming through this book makes me want to just start over at day 30 (I plan to do the reintroduction, then do xmas and consciously blow my body out of the water with cinnamon rolls, which I'm sure my body will hate/love at the same time) but I fully intend to do another W30 for Jan JUST so I can go through this book!This is truly what I've been looking for to not only help keep me accountable but the tips she provides, the spaces for reflection and tracking sleep, energy and cravings and really documenting the full process is invaluable! This current W30 I'm on I've vowed to do it w/ pure intention (focus on shifting my mind set and emotional body, energetic body vs just the focus in physicality) and I created a wee lil journal that does help w/ keeping the WHY really present in this process but my own creation is really not structured and I've fallen off from doing it. I see this book helping me be more consistent with it.ALSO - each day I always gravitate towards the Whole 30 Timeline that's been online to help get some understanding for where I'm at on a certain day so this book is like that on steroids x498238 (approximately +/- 4). I just flipped to day 24 in the book and the first sentence reads, "It's DAY 24... but if it weren't for this handbook you'd have lost count by now." HA! I actually just had to whip out my calendar this morning and count how many days it has been because I have forgotten and I am already starting to think about the end of this 30 days and how I want to move forward and that's exactly where this book is at.I've done a ton of Vipassana retreats and I'm always blown away by how much Goenka knew just where people were at on what day of their meditation retreat. You can tell when a teacher really pays attention to the affects of their program on the people they are there to serve and because they are paying attention to those who they impact, you know they really care about the individuals and their success in their health/wellbeing. Melissa has been paying mother-effin-attention and from the way she interacts with people on social media and with the ways she's integrated ALL she has observed over the course of the last few years as gazillions of people do her program, you know she's got mad love for all of us.Thank you Melissa! This new book is going to be such an incredible asset in all my future W30's! You're the best! *zen dude emoji*Oh and p.s. the print quality and solidness of this book feels quite lovely in my hands. I'm digging the design and paper selection a ton!

I highly recommend this book, it’s so great to have this resource by my side as I navigate the Whole30. Its very motivational and I love all the tips and insights!!! I will get one for each whole30 I do in the future.

I bought this thinking it was a day by day guide. I was very disappointed to find it was a daily journal with not much help with a daily meal plan for Whole 30.

Game. Changer. Previously, I tried (and failed) twice to complete a Whole30. Having the day-by-day guide regarding what to expect and extra motivation is just what I needed. I love the consistent format throughout and the option to journal. HIGHLY recommend if you're serious about completing a Whole30!

This book is incredible! It's like Melissa is your bff and she's giving you all the extra support & information you'll need to totally rock your Whole30. Her program changed my life in so many amazing ways. I have completed 6 rounds & still find this book to be extremely helpful. I'm excited to use it for round 7 in January!
