Interesting varied recipes without a lot of fussy ingredients. Easy to follow instructions, even for novice home cooks.

It was a gift for my care giver..she loved it!
This is a pretty amazing pasta cookbook. So far, I give every recipe five stars. Pay attention to cooking times and have all ingredients measured and ready to go. Many of these meals come together rather quickly. And one last note...we routinely throw in "left-over" vegetables during the last few minutes of cooking. Asparagus, broccoli, even peas or Brussels sprouts add interesting variations to already satisfying dishes. Thanks for another keeper, ATK!
Over the years the "Test Kitchen": has prdduced shows, books and magazines that are dependably usable for quib and easy meals that are excellent. I am still learning from their publications and shows. Recommend this to anyone (and have) including my generous and sharing neighbors.
I eat a lot of pasta so I'll get any great pasta cookbook. Knowing that this is from America's Test Kitchen made it an easy decision. Recipes are not complicated, ingredients are not hard to find and the tips/tricks are always helpful.
We have made a few recipes out of here and they are delicious! There are a few that I have no interest in but that is to be expected with any cookbook. I also have the Simple & Delicious cookbook from them which is just as amazing!
If you're a pasta-holic like I am, this cookbook (along with a few other 'America's Test Kitchen' series, is a staple. I use it every week or two. Yummy AND easy recipes.
